bwt365 Privacy Policy
At bwt365, your personal data belongs to you. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what information we collect when you use the bwt365 platform, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what rights you have over it under Philippine law. We believe you deserve a straight answer on all of these — no fine-print runaround.
How bwt365 Handles Your Data
Six privacy principles that guide how bwt365 collects, stores, and uses your personal information — in plain language, before you read the full policy below.
Your Data is Encrypted
All personal data transmitted between your device and bwt365 servers is encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit TLS/SSL protocols — the same encryption standard used by Philippine banks for their online portals. Data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
We Never Sell Your Data
bwt365 does not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Your data is used only to operate and improve the bwt365 platform and to meet our legal obligations under Philippine law. Period.
You Control Your Data
Under Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your personal data held by bwt365. These rights can be exercised by contacting our Data Protection Officer at any time.
Philippine DPA Compliant
bwt365 fully complies with Republic Act 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012 — and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. We are registered with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and maintain a designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) as required by law.
Minimal Data Collection
bwt365 collects only the personal information that is strictly necessary for operating a licensed gaming platform and complying with PAGCOR and AMLA obligations. We do not collect data that serves no operational or legal purpose, and we do not retain data beyond its necessary period.
Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk to affected individuals, bwt365 will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of discovery, and will notify affected Members without undue delay, in accordance with NPC requirements.

How We Collect Your Data
bwt365 collects personal data through the following means:
- Direct Submission: Information you actively provide during account registration, KYC verification submission, deposit and withdrawal requests, bonus claim forms, and communications with our support team;
- Automated Collection: Technical and usage data collected automatically when you access the Platform, through server logs, session tracking systems, and analytics tools operating on the bwt365 infrastructure;
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: Browser cookies, local storage, and session identifiers used to maintain your login session, remember preferences, and analyze Platform usage (see Section 8);
- Payment Service Providers: Transaction confirmation data received from GCash, Maya, and banking partners when you make deposits or withdrawals — this is limited to transaction status and reference numbers, not your full payment credentials;
- Third-Party Identity Verification Services: Where you consent during KYC, data may be cross-referenced with government-linked identity verification systems to confirm the authenticity of documents submitted.
Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, bwt365 processes your personal data on the following legal grounds:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing required to establish and perform our contract with you — i.e., the bwt365 Terms and Conditions — including account creation, game access, transaction processing, and customer support;
- Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws, including PAGCOR licensing requirements, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), the Electronic Commerce Act, and NPC regulations;
- Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for bwt365's legitimate interests in fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement, where these interests are not overridden by your privacy rights;
- Consent: Where processing is not covered by the above grounds — such as marketing communications — bwt365 will obtain your explicit, informed consent prior to processing, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
How We Use Your Data
bwt365 uses the personal data it collects for the following purposes:
- Creating, verifying, and maintaining your bwt365 account;
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, and all financial transactions on the Platform via GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and other approved payment channels;
- Fulfilling our obligations under PAGCOR licensing, including identity verification, age verification, and player activity reporting;
- Conducting Anti-Money Laundering (AMLA) due diligence, including transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reporting to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC);
- Delivering customer support through live chat and email, and maintaining records of those interactions for quality and dispute resolution purposes;
- Monitoring gaming activity to identify and address problem gambling behavior in compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements;
- Detecting and preventing fraud, unauthorized account access, and other security threats;
- Sending you transactional communications — account confirmations, withdrawal notifications, OTPs, and security alerts — which are necessary for the operation of your account;
- With your separate consent, sending you promotional communications about bwt365 bonuses, new games, and special events via SMS or email, which you may unsubscribe from at any time;
- Analyzing aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the Platform's features, performance, and user experience.
Sharing Your Data with Third Parties
bwt365 does not sell your personal data. We share your data with third parties only in the following limited and necessary circumstances:
- Payment Service Providers: GCash (Mynt — Globe Fintech Innovations), Maya (Voyager Innovations), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved processors receive the minimum information necessary to process your financial transactions. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and applicable Philippine financial regulations;
- Game Content Providers: Licensed game studios (such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play) may receive anonymized session identifiers for game functionality purposes. They do not receive your personal identity data;
- Identity Verification Services: During KYC, identity documents may be processed by licensed third-party verification service providers operating under data processing agreements with bwt365 and bound by equivalent data protection standards;
- Regulatory and Government Authorities: bwt365 is legally required to share certain Member data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, and other competent Philippine authorities upon lawful request or as required by our license conditions;
- Professional Advisers: Lawyers, auditors, and accountants retained by bwt365 who are bound by confidentiality obligations under Philippine professional regulations;
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described herein. You will be notified of any such transfer in advance.
All third parties with whom bwt365 shares personal data are required to maintain the confidentiality of that data and to process it only for the specified purpose under data processing agreements that comply with Philippine data protection law.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
bwt365 uses cookies and similar browser-based technologies to operate the Platform effectively. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help us maintain your session, remember your preferences, and understand how the Platform is being used.
The following categories of cookies are used on the bwt365 Platform:
- Essential Cookies: Required for the Platform to function. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in, security tokens that protect against CSRF attacks, and cookies that remember your language and currency preferences. These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core Platform functionality;
- Functional Cookies: Store your Platform preferences such as game display settings and notification preferences to improve your experience across sessions;
- Analytics Cookies: Collect anonymized, aggregated data about how Members use the Platform — which pages are visited most, where sessions start and end, and which features are used — to help bwt365 improve the service. This data is not linked to your personal identity;
- Security Cookies: Used to detect unusual login behavior and potential fraud, including identifying logins from new devices or unusual locations that may trigger OTP verification.
You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Please note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in to your bwt365 account. bwt365 does not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels for behavioral advertising purposes.
Data Retention
bwt365 retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal, regulatory, or reporting obligations. The following retention periods apply:

Children and Minors
bwt365 implements age verification procedures during account registration and prior to first withdrawal to enforce this restriction. Cross-Border Data Transfers
bwt365 is headquartered in the Philippines and processes most Member data on servers located within the Philippines. In limited circumstances — such as when utilizing internationally-hosted game content platforms or cloud infrastructure with regional redundancy — personal data may be transferred to and processed in servers outside the Philippines.
Where such transfers occur, bwt365 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data to a standard equivalent to that required under the Philippine Data Privacy Act. Safeguards include contractual data processing agreements with receiving parties that incorporate NPC-recognized data protection standards.
bwt365 does not transfer Philippine Member personal data to countries or organizations that do not provide adequate protection for personal data as recognized under Philippine data privacy regulations.
