These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "Member," "User," or "you") and bwt365 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bwt365.cam ("the Platform" or "the Service").

By registering an account, logging into an existing account, depositing funds, placing any bet, or otherwise accessing any portion of the bwt365 Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, bonuses, or competitions made available on the Platform, which shall be incorporated herein by reference.

bwt365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms shall be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register an account with bwt365, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are a resident of or physically located within the Republic of the Philippines;
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You do not hold an existing account on the bwt365 Platform under any name or identity;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of bwt365 or its affiliated entities;
• You have not been previously self-excluded from the bwt365 Platform or excluded pursuant to any PAGCOR directive;
• Your participation is not prohibited under any applicable Philippine national or local law.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and residential address. bwt365 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of this information at any time. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the bwt365 Platform. The operation of duplicate, multi-accounts, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited. bwt365 employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts and will close any identified duplicates.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bwt365 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify bwt365 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. bwt365 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

All transactions made through your account — including deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, and bonuses claimed — shall be deemed to have been made by you, unless you have properly notified bwt365 of unauthorized access prior to the relevant transaction. You accept full financial responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

bwt365 may require additional verification at any time, including through the collection of Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation such as a valid Philippine government-issued ID (UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or Philippine passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

bwt365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, Metrobank Transfer, credit/debit card (Visa/Mastercard), and USDT cryptocurrency. Available payment methods may change from time to time at bwt365's discretion.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your bwt365 wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. bwt365 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider may impose its own charges. Deposits are subject to standard anti-money laundering checks.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Before any withdrawal is processed, your identity must be verified through the KYC process. bwt365 aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and Maya within fifteen (15) minutes; bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

Anti-Money Laundering (AMLA) Compliance: bwt365 is obligated to comply with Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments. Transactions that raise reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crimes will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities. bwt365 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal pending investigation.

bwt365 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, deposit matches, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered Members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published on the applicable promotion page, which form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bwt365 promotions:

• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be requested;
• Bonuses are valid for fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of activation, after which any unclaimed or unmet bonus and associated winnings are forfeited;
• Only one bonus may be active on a Member's account at a time, unless otherwise specified;
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another Member's account;
• bwt365 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if it reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or technical error;
• In calculating wagering requirements, bets placed on certain game types (including baccarat Tie bets, roulette zero, and certain progressive jackpot games) may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.

Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting technical glitches, or coordinated bonus claiming — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Each game available on the bwt365 Platform is subject to its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant game category page. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of the conduct of that game only.

bwt365 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology and live dealer operations sourced from licensed studio partners including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and others. The integrity and fairness of all game outcomes are independently audited and are not influenced by bwt365 or its staff.

bwt365 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed using technical funds not legitimately belonging to the Member, or placed in connection with any attempted fraud, system manipulation, or exploitation of software errors. Any winnings arising from void bets will be deducted from the Member's account.

For sports betting markets, bwt365 reserves the right to suspend or close any market, void any bet, or amend odds at any time prior to or during an event if it determines that a market has been opened or priced in error, or if there is evidence of irregular betting activity or event manipulation. Settled bets will not normally be reopened unless an obvious error has been made by bwt365.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bwt365 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering under false or another person's identity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or conduct transactions;
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-format games;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in any game;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or insider betting in relation to any sports market offered on the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Attempting to reverse, charge-back, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction;
• Harassment or abusive conduct toward bwt365 staff or other Platform users;
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other individual.

All content on the bwt365 Platform — including but not limited to the bwt365 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to bwt365 and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bwt365 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights to you.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content obtained from the bwt365 Platform without prior written authorization from bwt365.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bwt365 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, data, or goodwill;
• Losses or damages arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond bwt365's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where bwt365 has not been at fault;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform, including game statistics, odds, or promotional information that contains a typographical or computation error;
• Losses arising from the actions or inactions of third-party payment service providers including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bwt365's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law. bwt365's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bwt365 takes its duty of care toward its Members seriously. In compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements, bwt365 provides the following tools accessible from your account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a set duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active period.

bwt365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or applicable game-specific rules;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe;
• Direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory authority;
• Discovery that the Member is under 21 years of age;
• Engagement in chargebacks or payment disputes without legitimate cause;
• Member request for voluntary account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for any reason, bwt365 will return any legitimately held real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus balance, wagering requirements, or amounts under investigation) to the Member via their registered payment method, provided all KYC and AML checks have been satisfactorily completed. Funds subject to active investigation may be withheld pending resolution.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your bwt365 account or any game outcome, you should contact bwt365 customer support in the first instance by emailing [email protected] or through the live chat facility available on the Platform. bwt365 will endeavor to acknowledge all complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and resolve them within seven (7) business days of acknowledgment. Complex disputes may require additional time; bwt365 will keep you informed of progress in such cases.

These Terms and any disputes arising therefrom shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to bwt365's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

bwt365 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, bwt365 will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are significant, bwt365 may also notify registered Members via their registered email address or mobile number.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the bwt365 Platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to:

• Republic Act No. 9487 — The National Lottery Authority Charter;
• Presidential Decree No. 1869 — Consolidated Laws on PAGCOR and its amendments;
• Republic Act No. 9160 — Anti-Money Laundering Act and its amendments;
• Republic Act No. 10173 — Data Privacy Act of 2012;
• Republic Act No. 8792 — Electronic Commerce Act of 2000.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
